Finding and merging duplicates

Run a contact audit to find duplicate contacts. Nexus Contacts detects likely matches using similarity scoring.

Review each match, then merge with confidence — all information from both records is preserved. Every merge is tracked and can be undone.

Running a contact audit

The contact audit scans your entire address book for issues: duplicates, incomplete contacts, storage mismatches, and formatting inconsistencies.

Tap any category to see the specific contacts affected. Every audit scan is saved so you can track your progress over time.

Archiving contacts

Not ready to delete a contact but want to declutter? Archive them instead. Archived contacts are hidden from your main list but preserved with their full history.

Restore any archived contact whenever you need them again.
